24/7 infrared sauna access for recovery, circulation and calm — included in most memberships, or book a casual session.
Bring the kids along — supervised weekdays 8–11am & 3:30–5:30pm, and Saturdays 7:30–9:30am. Children 3 and over can also use the playroom outside supervised hours with a parent onsite.
